"DOG ATTACK IN MERIHAKA YESTERDAY ⚠️
‼️Update: The owner of the dog that attacked my dog: A middle-aged man, possibly in his 50s, who is relatively short (approximately 160–170 cm), bald, and was walking a brown/yellow bulldog-type dog‼️
If you recognize this person or saw him and his dog in the area, please contact us. Any information could be very important.
Yesterday in Merihaka, a large dog attacked my ex-partner and my dog Nita. The owner lost control of the dog. While trying to protect my dog, my ex-partner picked her up and was literally chased by the large dog. The dog then jumped up and latched onto Nita with its teeth.
Both my ex-partner and my dog were seriously injured. After the attack, the dog and its owner left the scene. My dog is now in critical condition and may not make it through. We are absolutely devastated and desperately hoping she will survive. She underwent a complicated surgery and is still in the hospital. Unfortunately, there is a possibility that she may never be able to walk again and could potentially suffer permanent brain damage.
I won’t post the graphic, bloodied pictures of my dog. She was severely ripped, covered in blood, with multiple punctures all over her body. I don’t want to share those images publicly.

I was completely overwhelmed by what was happening, and I deeply appreciate your kindness, support, and help. I will never forget it.
